You may use Amdad solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the platform by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways or by providing false or misleading information.

3. Content Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our platform, Amdad does not guarantee that all information (e.g., NGO details, service availability) is current or error-free. We are not liable for any action taken based on the platform's content.

4. Community Contributions

If you contribute data (e.g., via forms or feedback), you grant Amdad permission to use, display, and store that content for improving the platform. You confirm that the data you provide is truthful and not infringing on the rights of others.

5. Modifications and Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

7. Child Safety

Amdad has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAE). Any user-generated content, such as in reviews or institute submissions, is monitored. Accounts found creating, sharing, or engaging with CSAE will be terminated immediately, and the content will be reported to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
